About Ailv

Ailv Health Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 1994 and has grown into a complete R&D, production, and sales platform for reproductive health products. In 2012, the company acquired Topco Sales, a well-known U.S. brand founded in 1942. Through this expansion, Ailv Health has become a globally competitive company in China's reproductive health industry, with more than 600 employees worldwide.

Ailv is now led by a management team headed by Chairman Chen Shui. Based on a deep understanding of the market and consumers, the company has gradually shaped its distinctive business philosophy and strategy. In 2012, Ailv took the lead in introducing venture capital into the industry, bringing in well-known investors such as Shenzhen Innovation Investment, Hangzhou United Venture, and ZheShang Venture Capital. It also carried out major cross-border mergers and acquisitions, improving brand strength, material technology, product design, and channel competitiveness in the global market. As a representative domestic enterprise in the reproductive health sector, Ailv continues to close the gap with companies in developed countries and unlock new growth potential. Today, the company has built a China-based supply chain with parallel B2B and B2C sales platforms in the domestic market. Overseas, it has established its own Amazon R&D and operations center in Bantian, Shenzhen, and is actively developing its own brands and overseas consumer business models.

2012In June of the year, the company acquired the United States Topco Sales brand and the assets under its flag. Topco Sales, founded in 1972 and engaged in the marketing of reproductive health consumer goods since 1942, is one of the world's oldest companies in the industry and one of the world's three leading brands. In more than 70 years of history, the world has been dominated by industry. The company-owned Cyberskin (virtual skin) identification product is a common name for industry and user-recognized experience material. In 2022, Topco Sales was stripped from Ailv.
