To help relieve work stress and create a more passionate, responsible, and positive atmosphere, Ailv Health Technology Co., Ltd. organized a team-building event on October 25, 2022. The activity, themed "Strength of Faith, Love, and the Future," was designed to enrich employees' work life, strengthen team cohesion, and improve collaboration.
First, Chen Shui, Chairman of the Company, made a statement for the event and declared it officially open.
Activity I: Pack of dumplings
The dumpling-making activity brought employees together around a familiar and comforting dish. Colleagues from different departments joined in, with some preparing the fillings, some making the dough, and others shaping the dumplings. Younger colleagues learned step by step, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
In an atmosphere of joy and peace, activities have proceeded smoothly, and in this laughter, the hearts of each other have been drawn closer to each other and the harmony and warmth of the family of Ailv.
Activity 2: Guess. In the course of the event, the teams were able to do their utmost to draw 12 points of attention and to spare no effort. The teams were well coordinated with the guessers.
During the competitions, team members fully displayed their talents. Some of the games also brought plenty of laughter and made the event even more enjoyable.
Activity three: Famous. It takes the form of grouping, each with a poker card, each with his or her mouth on it, and the flour is transmitted to the person behind him, in turn, and the last person throws the flour into the ready vessel, and within the time frame, the team with the largest number of flour passes wins.
In the flour relay game, the team gradually became more coordinated as each member carefully passed the flour to the next person. The activity helped everyone understand that success depends on cooperation, focus, and the commitment of every team member.
In addition, there have been tugs, paper relays and dress change challenges. The whole team helped the contestants in their fights, and the shouts were loud and tense, and the team worked hard to draw a moving picture of their positions and the background in which the flags were raised.
The event was successfully concluded in a warm atmosphere, with awards being awarded to the award-winning team, respectively, by Chairman Chen Shu and Deputy General Manager Zhang Sung.
The mission brought together and achieved consensus. It was stated that the successful organization of the Mission would be an opportunity to work with dedication and spirit, to work as a team in the future, to work more efficiently, and to contribute more to a brighter and better future for the company!
